Will my goods still be delivered?

In the last few days, our customer service has received more and more requests for delivery of orders in our BETTER RICH Official Online Shop.

Infection with Corona via parcel deliveries

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the transmission of viruses via parcels is unlikely.
The WHO: “From previous analyses we know that corona viruses do not survive for long on objects such as letters or parcels. “
This is due to the fact that the corona virus is transmitted via droplets and that these dry out quickly on surfaces, especially on absorbent surfaces such as cardboard boxes, and thus the virus is destroyed.

Therefore, infection via our catalogue, which we enclose with our orders, is also unlikely.

According to the experts, the risk of infection with Corona via parcel deliveries is therefore very low.


I want to avoid any contact; can I still get my package?


Our parcel service DHL tries to avoid personal contact between recipient and deliverer.
For this reason, the signature of the recipient is currently not required when parcels are handed over. Instead, the deliverer documents the successful delivery. This way you will not come into contact with your delivery person or with the hand scanner and pen.
As soon as you receive a shipment notification from DHL, you can also specify a storage location so that your shipment is placed on your patio or garden, for example.
